San Francisco

San Francisco is one of the most famous and culturally distinctive cities in the world. It is surrounded on three sides by water: the Pacific Ocean and the San Francisco Bay. Condensed into 46 square miles, 125 square kilometres, it can be found at the tip of the San Francisco Peninsula. The "Bay Area" contains the nine counties that each touch the San Francisco Bay. It has a range of culturally diverse and unrivalled attractions such as its museums, art galleries and unique neighbourhoods and communities such as Chinatown, Haight-Ashbury and others. The world-famous and iconic Golden Gate Bridge can be seen from the Festival base. The city's ethnic and cultural diversity can be experienced in its various sites, shops, and restaurants. San Franciscans often argue that it has the best weather in the United States of America. The average daily high temperature in October is 65°F, 19°C, the average low is around 56°F, 13°C, and the average monthly rainfall .25 inches, 0.61 cm. San Francisco is in the Pacific Time Zone.
