Class Description: Deep Relaxation can be acheived with the practice of a specific sequence of supported asanas and soothing and energising ujjayi pranayamas(simple yoga breathing techniques). Come to this class and experience profound relaxation.The restorative effects of yoga are well known. In the Iyengar method specific sequences ensure maximum effect.

Class Notes: Please bring your mat, a bolster(if possible),as many blankets as you can.Two blocks,two belts,an eye cover and wear warm clothes.Any other supports that you need for relaxation. e.g. If you have a setu bandha bench,viparita dandasana bench(backbender) it would be very useful for the group.
