Class Description:

As with all activities, there is its beginning, its actuality, and its end. As we go through this class and its practice, we will keep in our consciousness the concept and application of 1) deciding what is to be done, 2) beginning and moving into the action/activity, 3) being In and experiencing the pose, 4) upon due reflection, make adjustments of the body, mind, and breath, 5) remain in the refined pose and become one with the pose, 6) consider the steps of coming out of the asana, and 7) the well performed actions/movements of coming out of the pose, and finally, 8) reflecting on and confirming the asana is now done and complete.

Bring 1-2 blankets and your mat.

The class begins with an Opening Ritual, moves to the body of the class, and ends with a Closing Ritual.
